Carnival of the Life Worth Living, 1st edition
- Michael E. Gerber
Welcome to the 1st edition of the Carnival of the Life Worth Living. I hope this will be a monthly event. What do you think? (Leave a comment, please.)
My new favorite tag line: “Life is a game where you make the rules - so why aren’t you winning?” passed on to me by Meredith Hamilton from expertcommunications.blogspot.com
There were several great submissions! I’m glad I didnt’ offer a prize for the best one - I would have had a tough time of it. There were also some sumissions which I declined to include in the carnival. Those had nothing to do with the theme of the carnival at all.
So now, in no particular order, I present to you, the

Thanks for including me! I love your site and I’m really looking forward to reading more of your great content!
Jen’s last blog post..Practicing Detachment
You’re welcome, Jen.
I was happy to include a lot of great posts!
This was my first Carnival. It was easier in some ways, but harder in others I didn’t suspect. I had no idea how many articles that would be submitted from people who never even read the theme or description of this carnival. I have no problem with people getting their site out there through carnivals, I do it myself. But I purposefully chose the carnivals I wanted to particiapate in. There were a lot of submissions I received which never even came close to being related.
Anyway, enough of my ranting. I’m happy you are here. Welcome.
Shawn,
I’m so glad you like my tagline! Great post - it will take me a while to go through all of these!

Hi Shawn,
This was my first experience with a blog carnival and I thought it was wonderful! I really enjoyed visiting the various blogs and because of them found plenty of others that will be useful to me in the future.
If you plan on doing this again, it is possible for me to get involved? That would be great. I think I written to you before, but if you haven’t had a chance to visit my blog, Blessings from Above, check it out at: http://www.blessingsfromabove2.blogspot.com
Looking forward to more of your writing and carnivals! Have a wonderful day.
Blessings!

“Life is a game where you make the rules - so why aren’t you winning?” - Because the initial statement is not true, we don’t make the rules, we simply make some of them.
